What can be the most fun way to biohack yourself to longevity? If we were to suggest “Sex”, you wouldn’t believe it. Well, Sex it is! Who knew you can biohack your body through sex and live longer and have a quality life? How? Well, we’re about to start on that.
Biohacking as you would simply call is a way that lets you measure, institute changes, retest the functioning of your biology such as quality of sleep, physical activities, diseases, and vitality through ways other than traditional medicine. If you were to simply seek ways to have a healthier lifestyle rather than popping supplements at every different hour, you should invest in this instead.
Did you know how much low sex drive is common among men and women? Another possible explanation is stress relief when you orgasm, which can decrease the activity of the central sympathetic nervous system, which causes cell proliferation. It is though said that men need to ejaculate less than women. If men were to ejaculate more, they will use up a lot of their energy and feel down after a while. So, it is possible to have sex and still keep all the energy within. On the flip side, women are told to orgasm more. With more orgasm comes more benefits for them. As already covered above, orgasms help them in alleviating pain, keeping their mood under control, strong immunity, and less lengthy periods of days. Women do get the most out of this but there are still more studies needed to prove the effects of sex on women.
