Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you must change or cancel it, contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Monthly Subscriptions

No Refund or Return Policy for Biohackers United Monthly Subscriptions

Thank you for choosing our supplement subscription service. Please review the following terms regarding purchases:

  1. Non-Refundable Payments: All payments for supplement subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Once processed, charges cannot be reversed or reimbursed.
  2. No Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of supplements once they have been shipped.
  3. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will apply to future shipments only. No refunds will be issued for orders already processed or shipped.
  4. Exceptions: Refunds or returns will only be considered in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, as required by applicable law.

If your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address), It did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., it was not cleared by customs or delayed by a natural disaster).
