Why can’t You Shed Body Fat?
This will be very new to you and something that no one has ever told you before. So, this basically started with Cambridge University researching why some people cannot lose weight in spite of all they do for the same. Luckily, they found something really interesting! Your blood is full of some rogue proteins whose only job is to stop your body from losing weight. These are known as SLR11 proteins and attach themselves to your fat cells and force your body to gain weight. This protein brings your metabolism to a screeching halt, beefing up your fat cells.
So no matter whatever steps you take to lose weight, these proteins block your ability to lose weight. Such proteins are like breaks in a car that stops the car from moving forward. Similarly, these proteins which we call the “obesity protein” stop your body from generating heat to lose weight.
One of the researchers at Cambridge says that these proteins are present more in obese people, which stops them from burning fat in spite of fasting, running, and dieting. So until these proteins are stopped, your body cannot lose weight.
How to Destroy Obesity Protein?
It all boils down to your knowledge of fat cells. Most of us don’t know that our body has two types of fat cells and both play a very different role. One is called brown fat which generates heat and the other is white fat which stores fat in your body.
In simple terms, brown fat creates heat that burns white fat cells. Children have loads of brown fat which is why they can eat anything and not gain weight, while adults do not, which makes them gain weight easily.
The obesity protein is linked to your brown fat as it actually stops the production of brown fat which is essential for a healthy metabolism. If your body does not have enough brown fat, your body cannot burn white fat produced by your own white fat cells. It means that the more brown fat you will have, the more white fat you burn, and the lesser of this obesity protein your body will make.
How to Make More Brown Fat
While researchers will need a lot of time to produce such pills that will help you produce more brown fat, you can do the same as early as today! There are three tips for this. Try doing all three only if you can handle it, as they are pretty harsh.
First is an ice bath as cold temperature pushes brown fat to create more heat and the shock of cold water stimulates massive brown fat activity. So brown fat cells work towards converting white fat cells into energy. But any technique where you need a lot of willpower to stick to is a waste of time because you may not be able to stick to it for very long.
For most people, these techniques are a little extreme and kind of brutal. So there is a third tip which is metabolism boosting. A single nutrient has been identified that has the potential to turn unhealthy white fat cells into fat-burning, brown fat cells. Using this ingredient, your metabolism will go into overdrive and this nutrient does not care about your genetics. This power nutrient is turmeric which enhances the expression of genes specific to those powerful brown fat cells through a process called Nutrigenomic Epigenetic Modification.
