To help celebrate your special day, you’ll receive a 30% discount code on your birthday. Once received, this one-time use code will expire in 30 days. Please keep in mind this code is only applicable to full-priced items.

If your birthday is less than 30 days from the day that you added it to your rewards account, you’ll receive your code 30 days from the day that you entered your birthday. If you’ve signed up for rewards after your birthday, you will receive your code on your next birthday the following year.

Tiers are determined by how much you spend. The more you buy, the higher the tier and the better the perks!

Once a new tier is achieved, you have 12 months to enjoy the perks and spend the minimum amount in that tier to retain its status.

There are multiple reasons you may not have earned points on your purchase:

• You must have the product for 45 days before points will be earned. This is in line with the 30-day return policy and gives some extra time for shipping.
• You may have canceled your order.
• You may have returned your order. Please note that any points you earn on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your balance.
• Double check you didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points.

For every dollar spent, you will earn 1 point. When you move up to a new tier, for example an Enthusiast tier, you will be earning points 2x as fast. Muse and Icon tiers will earn points 3x as fast. 2000pts = $20 rewards.

After 12 months of inactivity, your points will expire.

If you make a purchase using rewards points and decide to return, the points used will not be added back to your account. We recommend exchanging instead of returning. Please contact support@kiyalongevity.com if you have additional questions.
